Intro:

Started the morning off with a warm-up. YHC wasn’t expecting the humidity and started thinking about how YHC may not even make it through this part.  YHC decided he would need several 10 counts today.

• Little baby arm circles- 10 CC, Reverse
• 10 Merkins

The Thang:

YHC led the PAX over to the school where we did 2 rounds of Dips, Derkins, and Urkins. Round 1: 20 dips, 20 Urkins, 10 Derkins. Round 2: half of Round 1. We then moved over to entrance of school for a balls to the wall challenge. After each PAX dropped, they had to do 10 merkins. The last man standing on his hands, was exempt from Merkins. Three-peat and Roach came down to the end with Three-peat pulling it out. We let Roach do 2-3 burpees before reminding him it was 10 pushups for dropping early.

We then did a lap around the outside to the main marking lot where the main event was a partner suicide using landmarks the length of the parking lot. During the first round, one partner did jump squats while the other partner knocked out the run. After round 1, everyone was pretty gased due to the distance and humidity. YHC decided to cut the distance in half. This was good, until we finished way earlier than expected; more to come. Next round was jump ropes, overhead claps, followed by air presses.

Because of cutting the suicide distances in half, YHC has to improvise a little bit. Given the playground area was right next to our main event, we moseyed over for 2 rounds of Swerkins and People’s Chair.
