A beautiful, cool morning was our canvas for an event filled workout. 5 PAx did Murph training finishing 70% and a 1 mile run whilst weighed down. 18 Pax faced the coming beat down with relative enthusiasm considering the early hour. YHC was feeling decidedly over running so the workout was going to stay fairly local.  The BB title comes from bright idea. A Pax was commenting that the bear crawls really make you feel it in the hips. Bright Idea simply commented, “hips don’t lie.”

Bear crawls in cadence crossing the field 3 times and break every 20 count to do 20 WW2’s
