It was a warm morning in Chapel Hill, around 62, a great bit warmer than that of the temps at the Olympic games in Pyeong Chong(yes Chong, that’s the proper pronunciation). We had no ice so we made due with asphalt, a medicine ball, tennis balls, and a strong cup of coffee.

2 men showed up early to do pull ups and 14 men arrived via planes, trains and automobiles and joined in the fun. We got to work…

BOM
He Who Has The Gold Makes The Rule. Unfortunately this is too true and often times leaves those who don’t without a voice. There are many around the world and in our own backyard that suffer because those who do have the advantages often abuse their power and leave many to fend for them selfs. What will we do about it? Think about those people? Pray for them? Or will be step up and take action and do something. Challenge yourself to get out into your community and help those who have less and make our community better. Until the next time we meet in the gloom, Aye!
