Five PAX got dizzy running round and round the Gimghoul/Glandon loop about six times, tallying about files miles total. This left little time for anything else, but we think it was enough. Here’s how it happened.

Sprint down Gimghoul and around Glandon back to Gimghoul; rest for one minute. Sprint down Gimghoul, around Glandon back to Gimghoul, then to the end of Gimghoul; rest for 90 seconds. Sprint around Glandon back to Gimghoul; rest for 30 seconds. Sprint down Gimghoul and around Glandon back to Gimghoul; rest for one minute. Sprint down Gimghoul and around Glandon back to Gimghoul, then fellowship jog back to Hooker Fields.
