I’m not sure why but Dr. Evil came to mind when I was reliving the morning workout.  Maybe it was the pinky (coupled with Goldmember) , as Golden Pinky lead the warm ups for the first time. Maybe its the geeky, bumbling ugly, bald guy that everyone inexplicably follows.  Maybe its the “frickin’ idiots convention” of PAX that came out to workout in 13 degree weather when the weatherman clearly says “if you go outside you will die.” GP (golden pinky) and I showed about 10 minutes early so he could see the site and get some pull-ups in.  It was a little worrying there were no PAX there at all.  No EC, no cars. We were relieved to see a car carrying Rice a’roni who all too quickly declined the pull-ups, shortly followed by all the reliable guys of the Cougar. That sounds like a great 3rd F fundraiser BTW – a calendar for GUYS of the COUGAR!  I’d like to see DOI as June.
