WeedNFeed and ShakeIt showed up early at 0500 and ran 4 miles on Tobacco Trail. ShakeIt was carrying extra weight so WeedNFeed could keep up.

Warm up:
Mosey around the peanut
40 SSH in cadence
20 Imperial Walkers in cadence
20 Merkins in cadence
Cardiac lap

Because WeedNFeed experienced some FOMO after missing a recent Spartan virtual challenge, the PAX all got the pleasure of doing the challenge together. Not too gloomy in the end.

Run one lap around soccer field
Speedy PAX hold Superman position until all PAX finish lap.
30 burpees OYO
Speedy PAX do glute bridges (AKA Homer to Marge) until everyone finished burpees
Rinse and repeat 4 times

A little mumblechatter in the gloom helped Q know the workout was working as planned.

Mosey to rocks then assemble at playground.
Each PAX took a turn on the monkey bars doing 5 pull-ups, traveling down the monkey bars forward then backwards, then 5 more pull-ups. This was the timer.
Remaining PAX used rocks to do curls, overhead presses, triceps curls, and bent-over rows. Switched to Mary for last three rounds, doing Freddy Mercuries, LBCs, and Parker Peters.
