Any single workout may be a challenge to those new to F3, but it is always a challenge to long-timers too. It doesn’t necessarily get easier, but we do get used to it, and we are stronger for it, mentally and physically. Let’s remember to challenge ourselves to explore unfamiliar territory… physically, mentally, emotionally.
