YHC was watching a show on The Golf Channel called Driven(produced by Rickie Fowler) the night before and thought it would be a good idea to have a golf themed workout.  19 PAX in all so a great turnout on this Tuesday AM.

The Thang

Since this was a golf themed workout YHC figured we would do a DORA and base our numbers on the leading score from NC State Regional being held at Lonnie Poole Golf Course.  Texas led after the 1st round and their team score was 271(-13).  To honor their fantatic opening round we 1st completed 13 burpees OYO.  For the DORA portion we would partner up and while one partner ran up the hill and back the other was doing one of these exercises:

100 LBC

Once complete we moseyed back to the tennis courts.  To honor the two individual low rounds(2 players were tied at -7) we completed 14 more burpees OYO.  We then lined up single file and completed some four corners with 5 Merkins at each corner.  In between the merkins we would slide.
