This is a quick BB, because its a few days late, but brought with love from Toronto. Four PAX braved the balmy gloom on Friday for a good workout through downtown Durham.

The Thang
We continued the warm up with a lap around the block to include First Baptist Church. We ended at the bottom of the hill at Durham Parks & Recreation. The PAX paired up, Crab Cake/Happy Gilmore, and Crimson/Knope for a Dora 123 up the hill.
The Dora was 100 merkins, 200 WW2s, and 300 Air Squats, one partner working on the exercises, the other running up the hill, alternating between forward run and backward running.
After the Dora, we moseyed to the City Hall Annex and grabbed some step.

We talked about safety for the PAX, especially when you are the Q. We talked about planning for the workout, and keeping in mind an out to have a plan if something comes up with a member of the PAX.
