Don’t Mess with Dora

May 2, 2018

WHEN: 05/02/2018
QIC: Nescafé
PAX: The PAX: Yanni, El Jefe, Minecraft, CHiPs, Nescafé

Having never posted to The Earl before, YHC made his inaugural post and Q at The Earl today. And it took only a drive around the round about to know what was on the menu for today. T-claps to Bunyan, Ito, and Yanni for starting this AO. Great site, lots to play with, and very picturesque – exactly what you have in mind when thinking of delivering a beatdown. As the clock marked 0545, 5 PAX got down to business.

BOM:

Thank you for the opportunity to lead you this morning. These workouts are hard and they are meant to be hard, because they are something that we should achieve as part of the PAX. We should not do these workouts on our own. In fact, it’s really hard to do them on our own (YHC has tried!). In F3 we help each other, we push in other, and we rely on each other to accomplish difficult goals. Similarly, life is hard and full of challenges. We should not go about life on our own. We should reach out to our community, family, friends, mentors, and ask for help and advice whenever we need it. And let’s offer our help to somebody else. Reach out. Check in with your loves ones. Lend them a merkin’ or two every now and then. Until we meet again in the gloom. Aye!
