Thanks to an usually informative pre-blast (cc: @coco), ten (10) PAX (incl one shoe-less FNG) arrived at the Bullpen ready to work.

Programming note: @TheExchange furnished FNG with gently used size 11 running shoes.

SSH, Little Baby Arm Circles and Reverse LBAC (+ make them big), Mountain Climbers, Merkins, etc.

Thang

As per instruction from YHC, PAX retrieved two bricks apiece from pile while avoiding sleeping copperheads lurking in the leaves. Backwards run with bricks to Broadway St.

Jogged west down Broadway Street alternating between bricks overhead, out to side perpendicular to ground, and regular.

Arrived at Durham Central Park.

Half of PAX ran around sidewalk loop while other PAX did cadence count merkins x 20.

10-count pauses were offered in both English (Sweater Vest) and Spanish (Funny $).

Mosey to bottom of park for alternating dips, merkins, earkins while, one at a time, PAX took a turn riding down the big slide. It seemed like a better idea than it was.

Mosey south along Foster St. alternating between bricks overhead, bricks perpendicular to ground, and regular. Lunge walk from one sign to another sign.

We found that parking lot on a hill under the mural. You know the one. In an act of rare mercy, YHC requested that PAX drop their bricks. No complaints were heard.

Backwards run to top of hill, jog back, low squat hold till the Six arrive.

Sideways run to top of hill, jog back, low squat hold till the Six arrive.

Other sideways run to top of hill, jog back, low squat hold till the Six arrive.

Sprint to top of hill, this time bear crawl back down in grassy area adjacent to parking lot, low squat hold till the Six arrive.
