Bermuda Triangle: a bear crawl triangle with 25 yrd sides typically with burpees at each point. We opted for 4x4s instead at the points (think burpee with 4 merkins and 4 mountain climbers when you hit the low burpee position)

Shout out to newbie Hornsby who gets the respect call on his first workout! There will be a small scouting part meeting tomorrow at 5:30 in the Chapel Hill HS parking lot to scout the HS and adjoining schools for a potential AO. Come on out if you live around there or would just appreciate an AO in that area.
