6 PAX showed up at 0630, eagerly awaiting YHC’s Master Q beatdown. YHC did not realize that this AO started at 0630, so the 6 eager PAX took matters into their own hands. Buffay took the impromptu Q for the first half. At 0700, they graciously made their way back to the parking lot to pick up their sad and confused Q, YHC.

Warm up with a fellowship lap. Circled up around the Carolina logo. 20 SSH, 10 Good Mornings, 10 Arm Circles Forward and 10 Reverse, 10 WMH.

Mosey to Forest Theatre. Arrived jumped right into 30 seconds of BTTW at the top of the Theatre.

Jogged down to the stage, partnered up, and engaged in sets of Patty-Cake Merkins and Burpees. 5 PCM and 5 Burpees, 10 PCM and 10 Burpees, and 15 PCM and 15 Burpees.

Boxed jumped our way out of the Theatre and then moseyed back to pick up Floyd.

We ran down to the large turf field. Since the PAX had already been at it for 30 minutes, I skipped the planned warm up and went straight to the THANG:

Opposites Attract

10 cones were spaced out over 100 yards in 10 yard intervals. PAX move forward 2 cones, back one cone. Repeat until the end.

Set 1: Run Forward 2, Backwards 1
Set 2: Run Backwards 2, Forwards
Set 3: Run forward 2, 2 burpees, backwards 1, 1burpee
Set 4: Shuffle left 2, right 1

Deck of Death
A PAX pulls a card. Depending on the number and suit, do an exercise
Spades: Merkins
Clubs: Air Squats
Diamonds: Low Plank Hold
Hearts: Run the number of cones (from above) and back.
