A ruck sack, a sledge hammer and 2 pickle buckets

A text massage stream between @hightower and @toast led to a Co-Q on a balmy Friday in the northern provence.  Double digts in both temperature and PAX for the 3rd week in a row led to big smiles from AO @nickleback (no wait he was fartsacking in Mexico).  No matter, workout began promptly at 5:30 with warm-up.  Except for @buffay who arrived at 5:31 and had to do 4 penalty burpees.

Warm-up

25 SSH, 20 Imperial Walkers, 20 Little baby arm circles (forward and reverse), 10 overhead claps, 10 Parker Peters, 20 merkins

The Thang

PAX mosied to grab 4 coupons supplied by @hightower and @toast (a ruck sack, a sledge hammer, and 2 5 gallon pickle buckets with rocks).  4 PAX grabbed a coupon and group set off toward the river walk with instructions that when YHC said stop coupons would be switched to someone else.  At first stop YHC informed PAX that before continuing 20 air squats would be completed.  After completion PAX continued to mosey until we stopped again for 20 merkins.  We then continued on to the river park field.  We bear crawled to the middle of the field where @hightower explained four corner couponing.  At each corner we would rotate using the coupon while the other PAX completed something else.  Corner 1 was 20 pickle bucket overhead press with other PAX doing CDD.  Corner 2 was 20 pickle bucket chest press with a side of merkins.  Corner 3 was ruck sack kettle bell swings with air squats.  Corner 4 was Conan the Barbarian squats with burpees.  For those that don’t know Conan squats require a sledge hammer and some coordination.  PAX did 2 sets of Four Corners.  PAX then began to mosey to the bolas negras doing a modified Ricky Bobby by continually passing the 4 coupons.
