The main event:

Mosey’d to the intersection of Copperline and Aberdeen. PAX paired up. One PAX ran up the hill to Market street and back down while the other PAX did burpees, then swap. Cumulative total of 100 burpees. Plank when done until all PAX finished.

Repeated with merkins (200), and LBCs (300).

A beautiful morning sky made the hurt just a bit easier to bear.

Mosey’d back to the AO and circled up. A PAX called out an exercise for the rest of the group to do while they ran a lap around the parking lot. In this manner, the PAX did squats, calf raises, and WWIIs.
