4 for EC today, 3 bearing ruck.  We hit a few circuits with KBs, carries, and other assorted challenges.  Then it was time to rock and roll for the main event.

21 strutted some stuff for the main event.   The Big Dance has come a long way.  It started as a Little Dance and now truly qualifies as a Big Dance.  To honor the road it has taken and my time as Site Q, I put together a little greatest hits workout.  Now, some of you might be saying, “This greatest hit workout sucks!  How did that get on the workout list?”  I know, but they can’t all make the cut.  Nonetheless, we pay homage to the AO and all its quirks with a little fast-paced tour through the playground, the tennis courts, the pavilion, the nearby hills, and of course – last but not least – the parking lot!

Warm up: The usual stock and then a bunch of merkins.  Probably 50 or so of various varieties.

Main Event:

20 pull ups, 20 merkins, 20 box jumps, 20 jump squats.  Bear crawl to tennis courts, 10 burpees.

4 court suicide, touching all 7 lines.  When you finish, you start another suicide when the PAX directly behind you finishes his first.  10 burpees.  Over to the pavilion.

25 cadence count dips and 25 derkins.  1-minute dead hang.

Run to hill next to pavilion.  Sprint around rotary to 3rd light on hill, 10 burpees, sprint back to bridge.  SSH until all complete.

Mosey to parking lot.  2 4-minute Tabatas to the tune of Rocky and Bruno Mars.  Everybody has a weight, every names his own exercise.  Rotate.

CoT: Prayers to Harriet and Floyd’s Father-in-Law, John.

Moleskine: Come to The Bull!  April 14.

Soda Popinski and Toolbox are your new Big Dance Site Qs, and they have the shovel flag to prove it.
