YHC was up and ready to roll way too early. Knowing that Class 014 of Advanced Pathfinder is winding down and with 7 more Ruck PT workouts to go, I knocked out an EC Ruck PT workout in the garage then headed to the clubhouse.

The Thang:

6 PAX took to the trails for an out and back to the Veranda. This was followed by an out and back up the gravel road. 6 PAX, 6 miles.

BOM:

We all have issues to deal with, whether it’s at work, an illness, or any number of things.  You can let that issue weigh on you like an anchor, keeping you from making any progress, or you can pick up that anchor and run with it. Don’t fester on or stagnate because of an issue in your life.  Lean on your support network(s) and pick that anchor up until such a point you can cast it off for good or carry it with grace!
