Five years ago YHC turned 40, and at the time the thinking was, double that number is still a very realistic age to be alive and kicking. Now that 45 has come, 90 feels like a bit of a stretch…so it’s time to celebrate every trip around the sun and be thankful for what’s still to come on the back nine.
Warm Up

The Thang
Mosey to the basketball courts for a modified Hindenburg BLIMPS (which is a modified BLIMPS…so this was a modified, modified BLIMPS).
Exercise/round #1- Burpees: 10 count, sprint to next corner for 10, repeat for all 4 corners and finish with a bonus 5 (for a total of 45 burpees) before planking and waiting for all PAX to arrive
Exercise/round #2- Lunges (same as above)
Exercise/round #3- Imperial Walkers
Exercise/round #4- Merkins
Exercise/round #5- Plank jacks
Exercise/round #6- Squats
Finish off with a 45 second plank hold
Mosey to Playground
PAX partnered up, took turns doing 10 rep pull-ups of their choosing (overhand grip, underhand grip, offset hands, negatives, hanging 10 count), alternating after each set and repeat for 4 sets of 10 plus a bonus set of 5, for a total of 45 pull-ups each.
Mosey back to parking lot
