By now the PAX had made it’s way to opposite end of parking lot. After a quick 10 count bear crawled back to the start
PAX hopped fence (ideas for next Q) and headed to swerkin set (aka swing set).
1 set of 10 swerkins with rest being 10 in cadence dips – 3 sets total
10 – 30 yard sprints.
PAX circled up in the grass for Pyramid of Jack Webbs – stopping at 10 merkins / 40 air presses
3 sets of 10 one leg hops onto curb
