3 PAX started at 5:30 this morning at Hurricanrana only problem was there was no Q at that time.  YHC slept in a touch late but eventually showed at 5:34.  In the meantime Chubbs, Cyanide and Blue Indian decided to do some warm up laps around the school x2.

The Warmup

The temps were a balmy 12 degrees and YHC figured he would frame the number of reps around that not so large number.  We started with a lap around the perimeter of the parking lot.

The Thang

Mosey over to the back lot and line up at the bus lanes.  There were some cones about 3/4 of the length of the lanes so we decided to bunny hop there and then 12 merkins.  Backwards run to the starting point 12 jump squats.

REPEAT

Back at the original spot we lung walked to the start of the cones, 12 merkins, backwards run back to the start 12 jump squats.

REPEAT

We remained in the bus lanes since we were having such a good time and bear crawled half way, crawl bear back and completed 12 jump lunges on each leg.

Mosey over to the swings for some swerkins and core work.  2 PAX completed 12 swerkins while the other 2 called out a core exercise.  SWITCH and REPEAT

A lot of Mumblechatter ensued after the swerkins so the PAX then moseyed over to the 2nd entry off Hillendale Rd.

2 PAX run to the Hillendale Elementary sign while the other 2 complete some more core exercises.

YHC always enjoys the opportunity to lead even under the EXTREME cold.  Kudos to the other 3 PAX today for arriving on time, stepping up and getting out there!
