100 Burpees and so much more

3 Pax ran a 5k and picked up 2 more en-route, racing by 3 ruckers who were patrolling SV.

Warm-up

20 SSH, 15 IW, arm circles, 15 slow merkins, 10 good mornings, 10 WMH.

The Thang

After a fellowship warm-up run around the Green, the Q announced a 100 Burpee goal to be accomplished during the rest of the work- out. The 17 Pax jumped right to it, knocking out 10, sprinting a block, hitting 10 more, sprinting and repeating 10. At a count of 30 it was time to move to the parking deck where the Pax partnered up and alternated high-hangs with lunge walks/ sprints. Rinse and repeat x 3. Knocking out 20 more burpees they then abandoned the parking deck and headed to the Lumina wall. Of course there was time to do 30 more burpees en route. For a rest, the Pax had a pleasant Peoples Chair for a 10 count x 17 Pax. To finish the triceps off – dips x 3 sets.

With 10 more burpees to get to goal the Pax of course went to the green and Bearcrawled for half the field with 10 burpees and lunge walk to the end. They quickly turned around and did a Lt Dan back to the AO where 3 sets of Mary were done- LBC, Flutter kick, and French Lick’s new Can-opener. Finally the goal was accomplished with the final 10 burpees (saving the best for last).
